About

My interest in cooking began at the age of 13, and the obvious choice for secondary school was Ester Mosessons Gymnasium in Gothenburg, where I moved at 15. My journey has taken me from Arentorp in Västergötland to Gothenburg and across the globe, including Malta, Germany, San Sebastian, Madrid, New York and Sydney.

One of the absolute highlights of my career was when I, along with Andrea Berqvist and Marcus Samuelsson, had the honour of overseeing the menu for Barack Obama's first official state dinner at the White House. I spent a total of 10 years in New York, creating many wonderful memories. Back in Sweden, I have worked as head chef at Clarion Hotel Post, Clarion Hotel Sign and then at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, where I stayed for four years. Since 2021, I have been working as a consultant in the hotel and restaurant industry on various projects.

Bread

If you, like me, love bread, you can easily order freshly baked sourdough from me. I bake both wheat and rye breads. I require two days' notice to bake and deliver bread to you. The price is 70 SEK per loaf, approximately 850 grams. Delivery only in Stockholm!
